CashSDK texts you only about your own account: one-time verification codes, notifications you asked for, and replies to support conversations you started. No marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

1. Program overview#
These terms describe the CashSDK SMS program. It is operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC, the company behind CashSDK, as part of the Kimeur Labs SMS messaging program. All messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (888) 604-1118, which Kimeur Labs, LLC shares across its brands.
Every message from CashSDK begins with “CashSDK:”, so you always know which brand is texting you. The program-wide terms for every Kimeur Labs, LLC brand are published at kimeurlabs.com/sms-terms.
2. Messages we send#
We only send messages that you have asked for:
- One-time verification codes, when you add or confirm a mobile number on your CashSDK account or use it to sign in.
- Account and transactional notifications that you requested, such as an alert about your workspace, billing or an app you manage.
- Replies to support conversations that you started.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. Example messages:
CashSDK: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
CashSDK: Thanks for contacting support. Reply to this message to continue the conversation. Reply STOP to opt out.
3. How you opt in#
Today CashSDK signs you in by email and does not ask for a phone number. You join the SMS program only if you give us your mobile number yourself, on cashsdk.com or one of its subdomains:
- You enter your mobile number in the phone field of a sign-up, sign-in, account or support form.
- Beside the field and the button, the form shows the consent statement below. Consent is never pre-selected: any consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
- You tap Send code (or the form's equivalent button) to receive a one-time verification code by SMS, which confirms that you control the number.
The consent statement reads:
By providing your mobile number and tapping 'Send code', you agree to receive SMS messages from CashSDK (Kimeur Labs, LLC) about your account and requests, including one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
We never add numbers to the program from purchased lists, from third parties, or from any source other than you.
4. Consent is not a condition of purchase#
You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy, use or pay for CashSDK. Every account works without a phone number.
5. Message frequency and cost#
Message frequency varies with your account activity, for example one message per verification code you request. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
6. How to opt out#
You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from +1 (888) 604-1118. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Because the number is shared, the confirmation comes from Kimeur Labs:
Kimeur Labs: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.
Opting out stops text messages from this number for every Kimeur Labs, LLC brand, including CashSDK. If you opt out, we cannot send you verification codes by SMS.
7. How to get help#
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at support@cashsdk.com. The reply to HELP reads:
Kimeur Labs: Help at hello@kimeurlabs.com or kimeurlabs.com/sms-terms. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
8. Opting back in#
If you have opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to +1 (888) 604-1118:
Kimeur Labs: You are resubscribed to account and code messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
9. Carrier disclaimer#
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.
10. Privacy#
We never sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only for that purpose.
